Without playing with the plans and elevations of the two licensed hotels, the master plan was made by combining them with other lands around them, a new mass and façade design for the hotels, the concept design, visualization and presentation of the area were done by me.

The hotel sits on a dried-up stream bed, which descends approximately 30 meters below the surrounding levels. This level difference is divided into seven-meter-high elevations, creating a canyon concept, and the surfaces formed in between have turned into two-storey houses with gardens that refer to the local architecture of Kuşadası. An artificial pond at the lowest level of this canyon, surrounded by detached houses and thermal pools resembling Pamukkale travertines, adjacent to this artificial lake in places, were requested by our clients. Seven Four Life Thermal Hotel, which is one of the licensed hotels, was also placed into this canyon design with a new facade setup. Opposite the thermal hotel is the arena hotel, which is planned to work together with the sports center and is designed for the seasonal use of the athletes. The sports center, located to the west of the arena hotel, creates a setup where football, tennis, volleyball, basketball, swimming, and many other sports can be played and all indoor areas are covered with a green roof. There are open sports fields in the spaces separated from the mass, and the tribune layout and running/cycling tracks are defined on these severed surfaces of the green roof.

The area between the canyon and the sports center has functioned as a park. A sales office, which is planned to be used as a restaurant, observation terrace and recreation area, has also been designed on the side of the park facing the canyon. On the other side of the gym, a market area has been designed for users’ needs.
