Arya Housing Estate
The residential site consisting of 7 blocks in two types in an area of 10,600 square meters was planned, designed, modeled and visualized by me. While the repetitive rectangular masses create a visual rhythm both horizontally and vertically, façade materials with modest earth colors separate these masses from each other.
While the common areas between the blocks are planned with functions such as walking track, grandstand, swimming pool and playground, it is aimed to work with the landscape in a way that does not disturb the visual privacy and auditory comfort of the residences.
At least one balcony area is defined in all residences. Large terrace areas are planned on the attic floors. The car park was designed with an average of 2 vehicles per residence, and the emergency shelters and technical volumes were placed in the basement floors.
